JESUS,
MY SAVIOUR

My life is filled with difficult moments, the times when life hurts can be overwhelming.

Fear, doubt, worries, anxiety, hate and despair strike my heart.

Always wishing that I would sleep forever and never wake up again.

Pictures of my life are not worth taken.

Comfort seems unattainable and hope is beyond reach.

I long for relief from my pain and answers to my questions. 

God knows my pain... He uses sickness in my life to make me wiser, more mature and a better person.

He has proven to me that He can completely change a hopeless boy into a lovely gentleman
who is full of joy, happiness, patience, tolerance and understanding.

He fills the missing pieces inside my heart and gives a soul for my body with His love.

He pulls me out from a dark deep well and gives me an opportunity to witness His great creation in different ways.


He holds me in His hands and is always with me as I face all the challenges that come before
me.

He gives me strength when I feel weak. 

I am glad that I humbled myself to the Lord.

I opened the door in my heart for Him to come into my life.

I surrender myself to the Lord and know that He is working in everything for my ultimate good. 

When I recall my past and present, a happy smile always appears on my face.

From a girl who prayed for her quick death to come to a girl who prays for her eternal life with
God.

Now.... God has proven to me that He can save me... Thousands have testified that it was during a time of deep sorrow or intense anguish that they find God more real and precious than ever before.

For me... if only we can put aside our selfishness and ego, only then will we realise that God always holds us in His hands.
